The Romanian-American University, in partnership with Varna University of Management, will organize on the 5th and 6th of November, 2015, a new edition of the annual international conference ”MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION TOWARDS A BETTER CHANGING WORLD”.
The Romanian-American University students (both bachelor and master), regardless of their faculty and year of study, can attend free of charge.
The conference represents an important step regarding the activity of scientific research in the Romanian-American University. Through it, the Organizing Committee aims to create a favorable context to revive pragmatic research, facilitating meetings of Romanian and international professors with representatives of prestigious research institutions and experts from the business area and professional associations.
The event aims to clarify, through the results obtained by scientific research, a number of aspects regarding the Romanian tourism potential, the re-positioning of Romania on the European and international tourism map, the latest and the most efficient marketing techniques and methods, the harmonization of practices used in Romania with those used at an international level etc.
The 2015 edition will gather international professionals from academia (University of Lincoln, The Arctic University of Norway, and University of Lisbon) and business representatives (AECOM, traducembine.ro, Siren FM – Community Radio in the UK).
During these two days of conference, discussions will be conducted, debates will be launched, and challenges will be raised and addressed through collaboration, partnership and intellectual exchange for all those interested in any of these fields of research and practice.
