Hewlett-Packard Internship

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a team player by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts;
- Ensures support for software development and maintenance;
- BID logging and tracking;
- Assists with organizing;
- Organizing meetings;
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
- Responsible to care for and secure the department’s equipment under his/her ownership; during the duration of his/her employment ;
- Respects HP confidentiality and private information policies;
- Responsible for ensuring the personal conduct as in keeping with Hewlett-Packard’s standards of business conduct while representing HP;
- Respects the specifications of the Internal Order Regulations;
- Performs additional activities assigned by managers;
- Responsibilities concerning health and security related issues in the work environment:
- Upholds the current legislations regarding work security;
- Immediately informs his superiors in case of a work accident.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English knowledge, another European Language is an advantage;
- Programming skills (Java, C#, JavaScript is a plus);
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Highly reliable self-starter; can-do attitude;
- Able to work with minimal supervision;
- General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook;
- Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills);
- Team spirit;
- Business common sense ;
- Attention to details;
- Good organizational skills.
